Ames Environmental: Asbestos Training

We are one of the largest asbestos training centers in the State of Iowa.
We can train at your facility, or you can come to our centrally-located training facility.
We work to make our classes fun and interesting.
We give a presentation that you can understand and to which you can relate.
We have over twenty years of experience in training.
Our pass rate is over 95%.
Our training program is continually being improved.
We keep track of your certifications for you and notify you when you need to renew.

All who attend and pass the exam (if required) will be issued a certificate of completion.

On-Site:
- You will be expected to provide a suitable room with adequate tables and chairs.
- Contact us for special arrangements and more information about on-site courses.
All courses are held at our training facility in Slater, IA at the Nelson Park cabin unless otherwise noted (or scheduled on-site).

There are many hotels located in Ames, Iowa (a 10 minute drive from our training center in Slater, IA)

Please mail payments immediately to ensure receipt before the course begins.
If you register less than five business days before the course begins and are paying by check, please bring payment to the first day of class rather than mailing.

In order to participate in respirator fit-testing, a copy of the physician's certification must be provided to the course instructor. Please bring your respirator to the course.

We reserve the right to cancel courses. In this event, the full registration fee will be refunded. Ames Environmental, Inc., however, is not responsible for travel or other costs incurred by students. All cancellations by a participant must be received by phone, fax, mail or e-mail.

Refresher course attendees must provide proof of the most recent course completion certification
